Kaladhar Infra is a plotted real-estate development company based in Visakhapatnam. We develop and sell premium open plots and residential layouts — land that buyers hold, build on, and pass down — rather than apartments or built inventory.

Our focus is deliberately narrow: the Visakhapatnam and Bhogapuram corridors. We believe that in land, being right about the location matters more than being clever about anything else. So we concentrate on the stretch where an international airport, a six-lane coastal highway, an aerospace education cluster and a large IT special economic zone are all arriving at once — and we leave the rest of the map to others.

Our philosophy comes down to two things. First, clear titles: every plot we sell is backed by a document set we will hand you to examine, and we encourage buyers to have their own advocate review it. Second, strategic positioning: we acquire land near infrastructure that is documented and funded, not merely announced. Get those two right and the rest — roads, drainage, lighting, Vastu-compliant planning — is execution.
